Stop Eviction has not carried out a structural survey of the property and any services, appliances or specific fittings mentioned on the website or in other information provided have not been tested. Any photographs, illustrations, plans and sizes, only give a general indication of the proposed development and are not necessarily comprehensive. You should have your solicitor check the plans and specification attached to the purchase contract The Vendor operates a policy of continuous development throughout construction and features, specifications and elevation treatments may vary. The Vendor reserves the right to alter any part of the development. Lease details, service charges and ground rent (where applicable) are given as a guide only and should be checked and confirmed by a solicitor prior to exchange of contracts. You should independently verify the information by your own inspection and/or independent legal and financial assessment prior to reservation.

Neither Stop Eviction, nor any of its partners, directors, employees or representatives will be held responsible for any transactions that were deemed unprofitable or unsuitable to the investor for any reason. Nor will they be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of information provided on any document or marketing material including this website. Nor will they accept responsibility, to the extent permitted by law, for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in any of the information of any kind, nor for any loss arising from the use of, or any action taken in reliance on, any information appearing on this web site and elsewhere.

When you sell a property with Stop Eviction you will be required to agree to the terms and conditions of reservation. A copy of the reservation form with these terms and conditions are available by contacting our office on info@stopevictiongroup.co.uk. To sell a property, please fill out the 'Apply Online' application form on the website to eligability.

You should carry out your research on any potential sale PRIOR to agreeing to sell.

All reservation fees are payable immediately on selling a property, otherwise the property will be considered for sale. The amount of the reservation fee may vary depending on the development and is advised prior to any offer made to sell. The reservation fee is non-refundable and you may also be charged an additional cancellation fee, should you decide to cancel your reservation. We may reserve the right to waiver the fee.

The quoted arrangement fee is to be paid to Stop Eviction within 3 days of agreeing to the sale of the property. This arrangement fee is non-refundable. This arrangement fee may be waivered with permission of an authorised representative of Stop Eviction.

You are, in all circumstances, responsible for all your own fees relating to the sale of the property including Stamp Duty, search fees, legal fees, conveyancing fees, lender-related fees and mortgage broker fees, unless otherwise stated in writing.

A solicitor from the Stop Eviction panel is to be used for all purchases. Stop Eviction reserves the right to change the solicitor up to the point of receiving the legal contract from the Vendor. You are liable for his/her own solicitor fees, which will be fair and reasonable and in line with current market rates.

Stop Eviction endeavours to recommend solicitors, mortgage brokers, furniture suppliers, and/or other third party suppliers ("Third Parties") of good calibre, who offer a service or product deemed to be of good quality and reasonable cost. However, Stop Eviction make no warranties or representations as to the reliability of the services provided by Third Parties and assume no responsibility or liability for their actions, omissions or errors. If you make any arrangements with any Third Parties found on or via the Stop Eviction website or recommended directly by Stop Eviction, it is solely at your own risk and responsibility.

Stop Eviction is not a financial advisor or mortgage broker, nor is it providing financial advice regulated by the Financial Services Authority. Before making any decisions based on the information provided, you should consult with either the specialist advisors we introduce, and/or take independent legal and financial advice.

As a buy-to-let purchaser we should note that property values can decrease as well as increase and that the sale on any property may be less than that originally invested. Rental income achieved may not always match that predicted. Stop Eviction makes no express or implied income claims.

You agree to full confidentiality regarding the details of any property introduced to you and avoid any interference in the same site by any other people or purchasers.

You acknoledge that you are not to approach the Vendor/Developer (or other Agent for the Vendor/Developer) of the Property and attempt to sell the Property on your own behalf for the purposes of avoiding payment of the Stop Eviction Arrangement Fee. If Stop Eviction has evidence or can demonstrate that you have entered into a separate agreement/arrangement with the Vendor to purchase directly any properties introduced to you by Stop Eviction, then you acknowledge that you are liable to pay immediately to Stop Eviction the Arrangement Fee at the prevailing rate.

You acknowledge that, if you refer an opportunity introduced by Stop Eviction to another person, or body and that person or body engages in any capacity directly with the Vendor/Developer of the opportunity then the you are liable to pay the Stop Eviction Arrangement Fee at the prevailing rate.

Privacy Policy
Stop Eviction guarantees not to pass your registration details on to any third party without your express permission. Your details will be passed to the recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors with your permission on reservation of a property.

1 Stop Eviction WILL NOT 'negotiate with the creditor or owner, on behalf of the debtor or hirer, terms for the discharge of a debt, or taking over, in return for payments by the debtor or hirer, his obligation to discharge a debt, or any similar activity concerned with the liquidation of a debt', in relation to debts due under consumer credit agreements or consumer hire agreements. Stop Eviction WILL NOT participate, conduct or offer advice on debt-counselling (defined as) 'the giving of advice to debtors or hirers about the liquidation of debts due under consumer credit agreements or consumer hire agreements'. We will need to do a valuation on your property and then have a consultation with yourselves. Subject to the outcome of this consultation we will do our best to come to a purchase price agreement so that you have surplus cash to pay off your personal debt.
Stop Eviction is not regulated by the FSA, as we do not operate a 'Sell and Rent Back' agreement with the seller.
